Description
DMK Animation Engine for Elementor animates headings, buttons, counters, and images without writing code. Pick an animation type, duration, and delay directly in the Elementor editor — DMK Animation Engine handles viewport-triggered entrances, scroll-synced scrubbing, and hover effects on the frontend.
Animations are powered by anime.js, a lightweight, MIT-licensed JavaScript animation engine.
Requires
- Elementor (free or Pro)
Source Code and Build Process
The JavaScript and CSS this plugin loads from build/ are bundled, minified output. The complete, uncompiled source is included in this plugin under src/, and the build configuration is included as vite.config.js.
The bundle contains exactly one third-party library: anime.js v4.5.0 by Julian Garnier, released under the MIT License. Its exact version is pinned in package-lock.json, and the complete, unmodified MIT license text is included with this plugin as LICENSE-anime.txt.
To rebuild the bundle from source:
npm ci
npm run build
Use npm ci rather than npm install so the exact dependency versions recorded in package-lock.json are installed. Output is written to build/, and the plugin locates it through build/.vite/manifest.json.

FAQ
-
Does this require Elementor?
-
Yes. DMK Animation Engine is an Elementor add-on and will not run without Elementor active.
-
What animation engine does this use, and why?
-
DMK Animation Engine uses anime.js (MIT License). It was chosen over GSAP because GSAP’s license is not GPL-compatible, and WordPress.org requires bundled code to be compatible with the plugin’s GPL license.
