This plugin adds new privacy features to Ninja Forms. Your visitors can download or delete their form submissions automatically or submit a request for the site admin to do so.<\/p>\n\n

Until WordPress releases their own GDPR compliance update, this plugin requires The GDPR Framework<\/a> to function (it\u2019s free!)<\/p>\n\n

Make sure to also read the guide! You don\u2019t need to drown your customers in pointless acceptance checkboxes if you know what you\u2019re doing!<\/p>\n\n

  1. Upload the plugin files to the \/wp-content\/plugins, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.<\/li>\n
  2. This is add-on Plug-in so need \u2018The GDPR Framework\u2019 first installed.<\/li>\n
  3. Activate the plug-in through the \u2018Plugins\u2019 screen in WordPress.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    Setup Guide<\/h4>\n\n

    Steps to enable consent and export Ninja Form data are as follows:\n1. Open ninja form and on which you want these option enabled. \n2. Go to Emails & Actions tab in ninja form.\n3. Click on \"+\" Icon and choose \"GDPR Data request\".\n4. Select email field the field in the form. It is found in the 'ADMINISTRATION > FIELD KEY' textbox. For example field code might be '{field:email}' (without the single quotes).\n5. After this you can click on \"Done\" and also click on publish to reflect changes.<\/p>\n\n

    Steps to add consent with Ninja Form are as follows:\n1. First, create a custom consent type in \"Tool > Data443 GDPR > Consent > Show Consent types > Add consent type\".\n2. Then note down the slug for example the slug is \"contact_acceptance\".\n3. Then go to the ninja form open ninja form on which consent need to add.\n4. Add the \"Single Checkbox\" to form add label to checkboxes.\n5. Turn on Form Builder \"Dev Mode\" in Ninja form's settings.\n6. Add label for checkbox choice and add Field Key on Administration same as slug for example in our case slug is \"contact_acceptance\". and make that checkbox required.\n7. then save the form to reflect changes.<\/p>\n\n

    Steps to choose anonymized as follow:\n1. Fields have option \"This Field Is Personally Identifiable Data\".\n2. for all field which container checked \"This Field Is Personally Identifiable Data\" that field will become blank on anonymize.<\/p>\n\n\n
