The plugin is great, but the directions aren’t as easy as advertised and there are a few options i’d like to see implemented in the future. While the support team was responsive, it was clear that customizations beyond the basic options would incur additional costs and development time. This limitation makes it challenging for businesses that offer various room types and require unique pricing structures per person, per room type. I also found the platform’s current setup for adding rooms and managing room-specific rates to be somewhat cumbersome, requiring a lot of manual work and potentially adding complexities for users. For those with simpler needs, Tourfic may work well, as it integrates essential tour booking features. However, businesses with more nuanced pricing requirements or those needing room-specific pricing within tours may find it necessary to look for alternatives (competitor products names removed by moderator) Overall, Tourfic requires significant enhancements to meet the needs of complex travel packages.
